LIFEGUARD & SWIM INSTRUCTOR

I’ve been teaching swimming for about 4 to 5 years. My career path is physical education, and in the future, I hope to become a physical therapist. I’ve been swimming since I was a kid and swam competitively! I am highly experienced in all 4 swimming strokes and played water polo competitively as well. I’ve taught ages ranging from infants as small as 2 years old to 50 year old adults. It brings me great joy to teach kids how to become strong independent swimmers and make an impact in their lives.

I chose to work for the YMCA because of their goals of making a difference in our communities and striving to improve personal growth. I am confident in my ability to teach your child to become the best swimmer they can be!
